CIMC (Group) owns AeroMobiles Pte Ltd through the aquisition of Pteris Global in August 2014. Since then, AeroMobiles have been consolidated under the GSE Business Unit of CIMC Airport Facilities which also comprises of Xinfa Airport Equipment and Air Marrel.

This tripartite group supplies mainly GSE such as Catering Trucks & Medical Hi-lifts by AeroMobiles, Apron Buses by Xinfa, and Cargo Loaders & Transporters by Air Marrel.
